1. General provisions
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made from kateviskamate.lt, operated by MB Kitchinout, trading as KateViskaMate (the Seller).
2. Right of withdrawal
2.1. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving a reason.
2.2. The Buyer must notify the Seller of the return by email at info@kateviskamate.lt.
3. Return conditions
The returned product must be unused, undamaged, retain its original appearance and be in its original packaging with all accessories. The Buyer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature and characteristics.
4. Non-returnable products
Under applicable law, used or damaged products and opened products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons are non-returnable.
5. Return procedure
The Buyer pays return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. We recommend including the order number, the Buyer’s name and contact details with the parcel.
6. Refunds
Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned product using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Where the original payment was made through Maksekeskus AS / MakeCommerce, the refund may also be administered through MakeCommerce.
7. Defective products
If a product arrives defective or damaged, contact info@kateviskamate.lt immediately. We will replace the product or refund the amount paid.
8. Dispute resolution
We first seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the Buyer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
