1. General information
This Shipping Policy sets out delivery terms for purchases from kateviskamate.lt, operated by MB Kitchinout, trading as KateViskaMate (the Seller).
2. Delivery methods
Products are delivered using the method selected by the Buyer at checkout. Available methods and prices are displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery price
Delivery is not included in the product price and is shown separately in the cart and checkout. The price depends on the selected method and parcel size.
4. Delivery times
Products are normally delivered within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Times are estimates and may change due to courier operations, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Accepting delivery
The Buyer should inspect the parcel upon receipt. Any damage should be recorded during acceptance and reported immediately to info@kateviskamate.lt.
6. Undelivered or uncollected parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the Seller, the Buyer pays the cost of resending it. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the Buyer.
7. International shipping
Products are currently shipped within Lithuania unless stated otherwise. Contact us by email for international-delivery enquiries.
