1. General provisions
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from kateviskamate.lt and define the rights and obligations of the Buyer and MB Kitchinout, trading as KateViskaMate (the Seller).
2. Purchase agreement
The purchase agreement is concluded when the Buyer places an order, accepts these terms and completes payment. An order confirmation is sent by email.
3. Products and prices
Product details and prices are displayed in the shop. Prices are stated in euros. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders.
4. Payment
The Buyer pays using one of the methods offered at checkout. Payments are administered by Maksekeskus AS, trading as MakeCommerce. The Buyer may be redirected to the secure environment of MakeCommerce, a bank or another selected payment provider. Order processing begins after payment confirmation is received unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery
Products are delivered using the method selected by the Buyer. Costs and estimated times are shown at checkout and described in the Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and warranty
Withdrawal and refund procedures are described in the Returns Policy. Statutory warranties apply to defective products.
7. Buyer obligations
The Buyer must provide correct order and delivery details, pay on time and accept the ordered products.
8. Liability and disputes
The parties are liable under applicable law. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; the Buyer may also contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority.
